Bee Machine wins…..BOG @ 16/1

Another big priced Saturday night winner as we landed with our sole bet of the day with BEE MACHINE landing at Southwell (20.10) for Declan Carroll.

Zak Wheatley rode him as we’d hoped and he got up from just off the pace to win by a length.

For those on the £1k to £10k challenge….it’s over 50% win/place strike rate and our bank is now £1529.42 with current stakes £19.12

Today’s Selections

Southwell 20.10

Declan Carroll has given us good returns over the seasons and has Zak Wheatley up top of track-and-trip winner BEE MACHINE. He rattled the crossbar here three runs back and has found Suitcase N Taxi & Scott Dixon’s re-opposing Break The Silence, too well handicapped since.

He’s eased a tad in the weights versus Scott Dixon’s charge, who has found it tougher off his new mark since winning back to back here earlier, and now 6 above last winning rating.

LTO here, our selection was on the wrong side to the pace and got outrun from those on the inner. Tonight’s race sees more pace on his side of the track from Rock In Society, Tease Maid & Break The Silence that should focus his efforts.

He won off this mark this time last year and looks to have a reasonable chance of running at least a place with decent double-digit odds this morning.

There’s a double-digit best 16/1 with Betfair and FOUR paying slots but we’ll take the enhanced edge 12’s with Betfair with FIVE places.

  1. Good afternoon
Cracking result yesterday for members with Bee Machine @ 16/1…..many congratulations, great feeling to “sting” the bookies.
I think it is an excellent idea to concentrate on the All Weather during the winter months, as the lack of runners in National Hunt has no appeal whatsoever as a betting medium.
Wishing you continued success for 2019/20, and thank you once again.
    Regards

    Ray.

  2. Thanks Ray,

Yes, there has been little value with the NH and with favourites tending to dominate, there’s never been much value. If we can pull one of these out of the hat on a decent frequency it should be a good season. Never count our chickens though….but it’s been a cracking start. Thanks for your support, Gary ABW
