Can I take part?
You can only take part if your account is registered in the UK or Ireland. Offer is only open to new customers that sign up between 12:00pm on 31st March 2014 and 4:00pm on 4th April 2014 using promo code ZSK130. You can only take part using one account.
If we find that you have used more than one account to participate, we reserve the right to withhold your free bet and any winnings earned on the duplicate account. Bets placed using free bet tokens as the stake (in full or in part) will not qualify. You can qualify for a maximum of one refund per customer, per race.
What do I need to do?
By registering, you qualify for potential refunds on all races at the Aintree Festival, on April 3rd to April 5th 2014. Please place a Sportsbook (Fixed Odds) racing single bet on any of the races at the Aintree Festival.
Your bet must only contain horses running at Aintree to qualify. Only your first bet placed in each race of the Aintree Festival are eligible for a potential refund. Exchange bets and in-play bets are not included in this promotion.
How does the promotion work?
If your first single bet loses in each race of the festival, Betfair will refund your stake up to a maximum of £/€25 as a free bet token IF the SP favourite (or joint favourite) wins the same race.
Selections in permutation multiple bets (Patent, Yankee, Lucky 15 etc) do not count.
If any of the selections are non runners, you will not be eligible for a refund. Win and win part of an Each Way bet will be refunded up to £/€25. Betfair reserve the right to end this promotion at any time.
When will I be credited?
You will be credited usually within 1 hour (up to a max of 3 hours) after settlement of your bet. Free bet tokens are available for use on any Sportsbook market. A free bet can only be used once so make sure you use the full stake available to you.
Free bet tokens may not be used with any other offer. Tokens will be valid for use up to 48 hours after you receive your free bet token.
