Catch My Breath wins….advised @ 14/1

A cracking day at the office as John Ryan trained CATCH MY BREATH was a heavily bet 14/1 winner into 11/2 🙂

Glad most of you reported getting double digit when posted before 9am. I must admit, wasn’t expecting him to do it from off the pace and thought those Gosforth runs were just ‘handicap adjusting’. Hey Ho, there’s no complaints though as we had a near miss with our other selection Voi, who also added some shrapnel into the bank.

For those on the £1k to £10k Annual challenge, its currently over a 40% win/place rate and our bank is £9337.83 with an ROI of over 44% and current stakes £124.39 EW

Today’s Selections

Lingfield 14.00

One have been waiting on to drop to a C6 is CATCH MY BREATH.

John Ryan’s charge has been performing well in grades higher than this and had a couple of decent AW placed runs at Kempton through the summer in C4.

He finished the turf season off well after that with two wins at Ayr that effectively bumped him to 74 and started the AW campaign on an inflated mark.

Nonetheless has gotten down to 63 not finishing far behind Anif at Newcastle on penultimate run who followed up NTO. It’s never easy to win from the front at Gosforth so those last two runs should have him somewhere near.

Recent trainer form is a slight concern but he does go well when he sends them down here.

There’s 14’s and FOUR slots this morning across the patch for another half stakes challenge play.
