Central City wins….advised @ 5/1

After backing for a money slot LTO, Richard Kingscote rode a perfect ride on CENTRAL CITY to win going away.

Ian Williams charge looked well in on past efforts and the 3rd place we had last time. Not our biggest priced winner but will take the 5/1 and our 7th winner from our last 12 selections.

For those on the £1k to £10k Annual challenge, its currently over a 41% win/place rate and our bank is £7478.75 with an ROI of over 62% and current stakes £93.48 EW

Today’s Selections

Kempton 19.00

We backed Ian Williams CENTRAL CITY LTO for a decent price place and still looks very well in on this one.

This one had decent winning form in 2019 off around 74 before winning a final season appearance at Donny in an apprentices that hiked him up to mid 80’s.

He was uncompetitive off that mark all last term but has now dropped to a low of 67. Noted when runner up in February behind our winner Hooflepuff at Wolves, he has run three times on the turf this summer.

Those efforts have seen his mark slide to 7 below his LWR. On penultimate run fell out of the stalls and hit traffic in an apprentices and with Richard Kingscote retaining the ride expecting another solid run.

He goes well for the trainer, placing at over 60% place rate on his older charges.

There’s wipes yer face 5’s with FOUR slots this morning across the patch for a half stakes challenge play.
