Give It Some Teddy wins….BOG @ 9/1
A cracking early win by Tim Easterby’s GIVE IT SOME TEDDY this afternoon, Tim Easterby is not noted for his early season winners with the vast majority coming in June & July. However the horses form was sound and progressive last term with Duran Fentiman bringing him home by a nose from Ben Haslam’s Rey Loopy. It maybe worth noting Ben’s early charges going forward as he has had an excellent NH this winter.
For those on the £1k to £10k challenge….we’ve now over an early 80% win/place strike rate …..our bank is now £11651.87 and current stakes are now £14.52 EW
……..this is what private members received at 8.00am in the morning…….
The (15.00) is probably the only race of interest today and features one we had a nice win with last year in Give It Some Teddy. Duran Fentiman is back up top following that win on final start last term.
This is a significant drop in class (2-4) from that impressive win from Dawaaleeb over his C&D last appearance and has shown a liking for this track with a couple of wins from 3 outings.
He was progressive last term, and generally runs to his mark, being closely matched with Dawaaleeb who went well for us at Donny last weekend.
Though it may be a tad early to pitch full in with this one as Tim Easterby’s string generally are slow starters – we feel he’s worth a half stakes punt with generally 8’s but a best 9/1 and FOUR paying slots with Billy Hills

Here’s a spreadsheet of our betting selections and results after we decided to go to a paid service after we found other groups ‘ripping’ our selections…. just switch between the tabs at the bottom of the sheet to view each year
Wasn’t yesterday’s winner half stakes as advised?
Correct – sack the spreadsheet guy 🙂
