A cracking week with our third winner, HOOFLEPUFF, going in advised at 16’s.

Jason Hart just got him home with a late rattle despite being twice denied clear runs from just behind the front pack.

Plenty seem to have got 14’s before shortening to backed into 8/1 🙂

For those on the new 2022/23 £1k to £10k Annual Challenge, the bank is at £2565.50 with current full stakes at £32.06 EW with over a 44% win/place rate. 

The 2022 Turf bank finished at  +72.89 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 43% win/place rate. 

The 2022/3 All-Weather bank stands at +29.80 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 50% win/place rate.

Today’s Selections

Wolves 20.30

Looks an open race with an eight race maiden being made favourite.

Outside of Explicable who has to go from 5lb higher there’s little of note in the line up

Opting for one we have had a win about here in the past in HOOFLEPUFF.

Was in the tracker from late James Fanshawe days and switched to Brian Ellison he quickly opted for wind surgery to get improvement out of him.

Won for us almost immediately before further wins off 58 & 64 stuck him up in high 70’s. Has dropped since but still managed wins and places over C&D from 61 & 64 last November

Has exchanged hands since to Harriet Bethell and whilst shown little since, and maybe regressive 🙁 , the booking of Jason Hart always noteworthy.

Well drawn to be racing up with the pace is on with plenty of 16’s and FOUR paying places.
