Horse Racing Selections – 11th September 2021

Saturday’s racing sees the culmination of the St Leger meet at Doncaster. That’s backed up for us with meets at Chester, Bath & Musselburgh.

Another impacted R4 winner for us yesterday with Parys Mountain has added something back into the coffers 🙂

Prices aren’t huge today. It’s not a question of playing it safe, just there’s nothing standing out unless taking a dip into the likes of the C2 Portland at Donny.

Hopefully will continue the recent recovery and with some decent cards tomorrow at Haydock & Bath, back in the morning just before 9.00 am

For those on the new 2021/22 £1k to £10k Annual Challenge, the bank is £1006.22 and current full stakes, unless advised, £12.58 EW

The 2021 Turf bank currently stands at +37.26 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 37% win/place rate.

The 2020/21 All Weather bank ended at +144 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 39% win/place rate.

  1. Good old Peter managed to reply on the last blog quoting his draw stats and how the moon and the stars were all aligned hence he backed the two winners instead of laying i presume.

He said over to me. Well you must have missed the line where i said i know very little about this game. in fact what i know you could put on the back of a postage stamp. i am old enough to remember green shield stamps. They were smaller than postage stamps. You must know whats coming next Captain Hindsight. Yes, what you know you could put on the back of a green shield stamp.Lol. What has happened to the computer? Has Babbage managed to fix it? If not you could always use an abacus to work out your selections. Have a good day Peter. I am sure you will be on the winners even if you tell us after they have run. I have got my bets on. Bay of Naples and Clegane. I am also using the bookies money. Off to watch the mighty millers this afternoon without a care in the world.

  2. I hoped for a 4th at least, managed to get a full stake on both at skybet 🤣

  3. Nothing for the bed wetters today or the miller’s fans today, dark glasses all around I’m afraid, but don’t fear we have the mighty Leeds out mañana
