Horse Racing Selections – 18th December 2021
The Saturday all-weather cards come from Lingfield and Wolves.
Not sure if it’s a ‘last Saturday before Christmas’ thing, as there’s not a lot of numbers going to post. However, there’s a couple of races to mull over to look to get back on track. After some decent early December returns, that got us back through levels on the challenge, it’s been a case of slipping back to where we started 🙁
At Lingfield a sole handicap we target being the (11.40). A few we have had bits about going in that one – had waited on Kath’s Lustre a while. Went a non-runner when first selected and LTO it was just some EW shrapnel. Hasn’t really cut it at this track and more to note at Chelmsford. We have had two tilts at Smokey for nought 🙁 Still looks the value pick against the 3yo’s on a round 9’s being the only C5 scorer in this C6.
Am going on 3rd run with two previous selections today.

Difficult times, not even some places since our last winner
Yes Kevin, the year and the challenge has so far been very tough! Will be nice to find that winning curve before the end of the challenge – maybe we can at least double the bank by April 🤞
