Friday rounds the all-weather week off with meetings at Lingfield and Southwell.
It would be remiss not to mention Doug at the head of the notes today. Three days of fantastic advices, reeling off three on the spin yesterday is turning Cheltenham turning into a ‘winfest’, at more than 70+ pts to the good 🙂
Am sure ‘Mystic Doug’, as christened by Nick, will be back around 10.00am this morning.
Back to today, and can’t help but feel the card sizes have been affected by the festival for some reason or other. Again, not a whole load on offer, with 3yo & novices at Lingfield and just a sole 8 runner + at Southwell.
Looking at the former, the only tracker out is Richard Spencer’s grey filly, Too Shy Shy, going in the last (17.05). She followed home our winner, Corazon Espinado here in January who was a paperweighted 5l winner under Tyler Heard. However, has disappointed since and Hold Fast looks a strong favourite not worth taking on at less than wipes yer face prices.
Yesterday saw a modicum of an EW return with Famous Dynasty’s 3rd, paling into insignificance for Doug backers 🙂 There’s just one for Southwell today that looks a nice price, but disappointingly another 6 runner affair 🙂

Back in the morning just before around 9.00 am with Wolves showing up a couple of decent 10 runner + handicaps 🙂
With the £1 to £10k completed 🙂 will maintain the AW results spreadsheet for those backing LSP.
The bank currently standing at +129 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 38% win/place rate.

Morning all, thanks for the kind words over the last three days!! Just to ask a favour if i may? I have a small share in Really Super who runs for the White Diamond Racing Syndicate today in the grade 2 Mares Chase at 415. The ground has come right, we are in great form but we have 20lbs and more to find with the irish pair! Please can you all keep your fingers crossed for a good run and more importantly a safe return?
