Horse Racing Selections – 25th June 2021

We sign off on the working week with meetings on the turf from Doncaster, Yarmouth, Chester and HQ.

A cracking day yesterday started with a nice Eric Alston winner with BOUDICA BAY. It’s unusual not to have had a few more punts about his charges early doors. I felt we were a tad unlucky last time we backed him at Catterick in April when Mark Crehan didn’t give him the best of rides? Nonetheless, saved the best till last with that big priced winner in MUATADEL coming from the annals of the tracker 🙂 Those prices come few and far between, so savoured last night and now we look to build and move on.

There’s a couple of suggestions for today in the members below.

Back in the morning around 9.00 am.

For those on the new 2021/22 £1k to £10k Annual Challenge, the bank is £1426.63 and current full stakes, unless advised, £17.83 EW

The 2021 Turf bank currently stands at +87 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 42% win/place rate.

The 2020/21 All Weather bank ended at +144 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 39% win/place rate.

  1. Just had an e/mail from Josh Wright (good lad) telling all his clients how good ABW is and how you can get a month of ABW for a fiver ( how i got involved a long time ago). I have absolutely no problem with that. What might be a problem is some of the prize guys he has on his books. We have a couple who are posting their pearls of wisdom on our site now. You know the ones, always saying how they got this and that and backed to this stake etc. They will also be some of the first to put the knife in on a bad run. Keep an eye out for them as one in particular thinks he can ‘Plait Watter’. All good fun. My guns are loaded and waiting. I take the mickey out of Gary and his affection for these mooses he selects, but by golly he has the knack to know when they are going to perform. I will defend him when the inevitable know nothings give him so grief. He has more than deserved my support.
