Horse Racing Selections – 29th April 2021

There’s two meetings on the turf today, from Redcar and Musselburgh. That’s backed up with AW cards from Lingfield, Southwell & Chelmsford.

On the turf, there’s nothing of note in terms of 4+ handicaps at Redcar with the card predominantly 3yo races. North of the border there’s a couple of decent handicaps that sees a sole turf tracker so far going in the (15.25). However, disappointingly Eric Alston’s Boudica Bay is only on at less than wipes yer face 4’s. Got into all sorts of trouble LTO when we backed her, hopefully we will get a better price about this one going forward. Despite being somewhat of a Musselburgh specialist, will have it all to do from trap 1 and Phil Dennis up top only for the 3rd time for the yard.

The other race of note being the (14.50), has nothing really outside of the market leaders to make a case for. Only Lagenda is one we have had success about in the past but arrives on a real down turn.

With nothing of note on the turf tomorrow either, that leaves us back with the all weather again to see the month out. I am planning to completely flip over to the turf from next week 🙂

There’s one on the AW from Lingfield today and just for a heads up, will be working remotely from tomorrow, so hopefully will get some signal to publish 🙂

Back in the morning just before 8.30 am.

For those on the new 2021/22 £1k to £10k Annual Challenge, the bank is £1046.59 and current full stakes, unless advised, £13.08 EW

The All Weather bank currently standing at +146 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 39% win/place rate.
