There’s a sole meeting on the tapeta at Gosforth Park Newcastle this evening.

It’s been a really disappointing month so far, though nothing like the 30 run we had in late July, so keep the peckers up – we’ve still net banked over 120 pts profit since June 🙂 A few of you have dropped lines saying that you paper trade October as a matter of course….and in hindsight would have been a good plan!

Nevertheless, you keep doing the things you have always done and come out the other side. I think Matt summed it up quite astutely in the forum yesterday by saying, ‘the results stats are there to be seen – this isn’t a day at the races’ 🙂 It would also be good to see some comments in the forum before the outcome or if you are tipping up against them?

Looking at Newcastle and trackers. We’ve backed Slowmo twice and gets the assistance of Oisin Murphy this evening in the (17.45). Nonetheless, seems to be struggling in C5’s and the stable’s other runner, Klopp looks the better of the pair on around just better than wipes yer face 5’s.

Another tracker, Wild Hope goes in the (18.15) and Kevin Ryan’s charge at lumping odds following a decent season on the turf and a close up 3rd behind Don’t Tell Claire from the Kublers yard. On face value the latter still looks good value in the market this morning at more than twice the price – with another old favourite Dawaaleeb still capable of throwing one in here?
