A sole all-weather meeting at Chelmsford this evening for Thursday’s flat action.

Last night we had another winner with Ian Williams’s Central City advised at 5’s. Richard Kingscote delivered that one up inch perfect over the 12f for our 7th winner in 12 selections 🙂

A few trackers out with the likes of one of our previous winners, Highfield Princess going in the (19.00). John Quinn and Jason Hart have an excellent record down here and would be no surprise them landing with one of their 3 coming down tonight. The others being Indian Pursuit in the (18.30) and last time out winner, Lord Riddiford in the (18.00). None are on at appealing odds and we’ll look elsewhere.

In the (16.00) was tempted to throw a few coppers at Muraaqeb. He’s won for us before, in fact it was his last win from 11 higher than this at Kempton. However, it’s all gone wrong for him since then beaten a distance in most of his races. Even wind surgery doesn’t look to have had an improvement 🙁

We’ve just a sole selection going today.
