Horse Racing Selections – 5th June 2022

Sundays cards on the turf come from Musselburgh and Goodwood.

Nothing from the latter but a nice pair of Class 4’s to look at in Scotland.

Happy days yesterday as we had waited on Andrew Elliott getting back up top of MR STRUTTER. That was his eighth win up top and a nice 6/1 Saturday winner 🙂

  1. Speaking of Acca’s yesterday, I’ve done a small gamble on the double today 🤞🍀

  2. Being a republican i have struggled to find some bunting to put out to celebrate the long overdue winner of free hit Peter. Nice one Peter. Have you noticed though this is ABW site and the moose have come off the plains. Gary has got in their ears and we are 24pts up on the flat green stuff. Winners going in and yesterday a 6/1 winner with full stakes on. None of this the flymo out for a golden highway, the moon is in line with Uranus, the queen is on her throne and Sleepy Les Eyre(when is he going to have a runner) has a runner at Newcastle rubbish. Just hard work and a keen eye. You want to try backing ABW runners Peter.
Well done Gary. I had you on probation but stuck with you and the profits are rolling in again. Top tipping this last few weeks mate. What about those OAP rock stars. Did you see Rod Stewart last night and that bloody lead singer of Duran Duran. Pension them off and let them count their money. No more of that rubbish. Give the younger ones a chance. Some of the younger ones shone last night and they actually sang in tune and you could hear them. UTM and UTC.

  3. Hi Ian,you may well scoff but let me ask you did the postman put the queens horse early in the week and let me tell you ihad a five figure return,as the horse was nailed on ,and no bed wetter applause

  4. Hi peter, you are a good man and take the flack i dish out well. The postman didn’t put out the queens horse as he relies more on hard work and a keen eye for horses ready to strike. He also doesn’t brag about how much he has won after the event. All good fun. I don’t understand the statements about bed wetter, never have. Is it congratulating yourself or others when they have won. You could enlighten me Peter please, as i am a very ordinary comprehensive school educated old man who enjoys a laugh.

  5. Sorry Peter, i think i might be at cross purposes here. I call Gary ‘The Postman’. I didn’t realise that’Certainty’ was a summer jumps horse. I stop betting on the jumps after the Aintree meeting. I think it is like the cat litter flat racing in the winter. well done for finding a certainty during the summer months of jump racing. Takes a very good judge to win in that sphere.

  6. nice one Gary

  7. Nice winner again Gary – shame on my double – Fashion advice was looking good before it ran out of fuel!

  8. Another nice winner for the Postman Gary. Get in there.

  9. Well done Gary!!!
