Tuesday’s flat racing comes from Ponty and Brighton.

Nothing of note at the latter, whilst disappointing field sizes at the former. One we backed LTO (14/1 2nd) and the only course winner in the line up, Billy Roberts goes in the 6 runner (14.25). Up against a decent looking 3yo and Fahey’s charge looking revitalised, though not certain to find Ponty anything like Chester may just squeak that 2nd slot. However, looks a day to sit out with some nicer looking cards at Catterick tomorrow.

Elsewhere, on the AW, Wolves (13.00) one we have had a few EW nibbles at this term Peachey Carnehan goes. Another placed effort for us at Chepstow last week, remains in form, but the multiple Wolves winner has it all to do from a double digit draw. Likewise Pastfact who was one behind Peachey last week goes in the Div 2 of this race (13.35). Hopefully we’ll be picking up on them at subsequent Chepstow runs?

A poor day at the office yesterday, despite placing with last weeks winner Muatadel in the opener our other charges were no shows 🙁

For those on the new 2021/22 £1k to £10k Annual Challenge, the bank is £1240.90 and current full stakes, unless advised, £15.51 EW

The 2021 Turf bank currently stands at +72.7 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 43% win/place rate. 

The 2020/21 All Weather bank ended at +144 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 39% win/place rate.
