Horses4courses Selections: September 16th 2015
Today we’re featuring one of our favourite Facebook pages Horses4courses and handing over the reigns to ‘King of The Lumpers…..Sean!
Check their site out at the link Horses4courses, there’s tons of proven posted betting slips up there and it’s a definite service to check out.
Today they’ve put up their best for today’s meetings at Sandown, Yarmouth & Beverley……
Before that, just a word on our Booms at the moment……..following our class ‘musings’ at certain tracks….this is what newsletter subscribers were sent this morning……”16.30….WOODY BAY is the outright top-weight and was a comfortable winner at Haydock last time so with a mid-low draws should be capable of going close? Dalgleish ups recent winner in trip, Edgar Balthazar who is one to note if staying, but drawn poorly under Phil Makin.”
Result…WOODY BAY wins 4/1….Edgar Balthazar 2nd 11/2 Forecast paid £23.62
Our other each-way advice……TECTONIC finishes 3rd at 8/1.
That followed up Monday’s Brighton advices…BLOODSWEATANDTEARS won at 4/1 …advised 6’s, with our other identified in that race, HAWK MOTH, running 2nd at 15/2 and a DF of £32.92
Our other selection GOODLUCK CHARM won at 9/4
Sean’s Horses4Courses Max Bet Group Advices….
Sandown 14.50….
CYMRIC (NAP) Impressive outing to date placed well in the Acomb Stakes , drop back in grade and rates above field, highly confident maximum bet selection. 10pts WIN at a short but sweet 5/6 with bet365
Beverley 16.15….
MEZAJY Very unlucky loser last time out, this longer trip is just what he needs….0.5pt WIN at a best 11/4 with bet365
Yarmouth 16.05….
FLYING HAMMER has not set a foot wrong to date highly progressive hatrick beckons.
Sean backs, 1pt = £10 stakes, so for the lower stakes backers out there, he suggests lumping CYMRIC with FLYING HAMMER in this race as a 1pt WIN DOUBLE returning around a best 4/1 with bet365
Good luck to Sean….and don’t forget…check them out on Facebook…..HERE

Timeform for today…..
There’s some great quality racing today from Sandown, for those wanting an assist here’s the thoughts of the speedmeisters…….
13.45 Racing Together Handicap (Qualifier) (5) 5f6y
Top Rated
93 1. INDIAN TINKER Robert Cowell Tom Marquand (3)
92§ 14. ROCKET ROB Willie Musson James Doyle
91 16. COSTA FILEY Ed Vaughan Fergus Sweeney
Analyst’s Verdict: Costa Filey doesn’t always look totally straightforward under pressure, but found only one too good in a similar C&D contest last week, and from the same mark, has a lot to recommend him. Whitecrest finished a fair way behind the selection that day, but was denied a clear run, while last-time-out winner Threave is respected despite an average draw.
14.15 EBF Stallions/Download The Unibet Racing App Maiden Stakes (5) 1m14y
Top Rated
91p 3. MEDICIMAN Henry Candy Fergus Sweeney
77p 7. TASKEEN Richard Hannon Dane O’Neill
75p 10. YENSIR Pat Phelan John Egan
Analyst’s Verdict: Tiercel is bred to be useful, holds a Racing Post Trophy entry and represents a yard in red-hot form, so seemingly has a lot going for him on debut. Southfields is another very interesting newcomer, while Mediciman has shown enough in 2 maidens to think he can make his presence felt again.
14.50 Max Patel Wealth Manager of Choice Conditions Stakes (3) 7f16y
Top Rated
115 3. CYMRIC John Gosden James Doyle
106p 6. ZODIAKOS Hugo Palmer Pat Dobbs
105+ 1. ESSENAITCH David Evans Jim Crowley
Analyst’s Verdict: Cymric showed why he was pitched into the Chesham on debut on his subsequent 2 outings, with his placed effort in the Acomb last month rather standing out in this line-up. He can make the most of a drop back in grade, likely at the chief expense of Zodiakos and Essenaitch.
15.20 Racehorse Sanctuary Remembers Moorcroft Boy Fortune Stakes (Listed) (1) 1m14y
Top Rated
128 4. ELM PARK Andrew Balding Andrea Atzeni
127 2. GABRIAL Richard Fahey Shane Kelly
119 1. FIRE SHIP William Knight James Doyle
Analyst’s Verdict: Elm Park was far too free when disappointing in the Derby, but has been given plenty of time to recover from that and this looks a suitable contest to get his career back on track trying 1m for the first time since his juvenile campaign. Gabrial also has form at the top level, while Decorated Knight is open to lots of progress graduating from handicap company.
15.55 Maureen Sturt Memorial Fillies’ Handicap (4) 1m14y
Top Rated
104p 10. BELLE TRAVERS Richard Fahey Jack Garritty (3)
103p 1. POSTBAG Henry Candy Fergus Sweeney
102p 5. ZAANEH William Haggas Dane O’Neill
Analyst’s Verdict: Belle Travers has taken a while to get her act together, but last month’s strong-finishing second at Musselburgh was much more like it, so she now looks ready to strike. This is a good-quality contest, though, with Postbag, La Superba and Zaaneh just 3 potential dangers.
16.30 Daily Price Boosts With Unibet Handicap (Qualifier) (4) 1¼m7y
Top Rated
103p 1. SKY CAPE Charlie Appleby James Doyle
101 2. JUMEIRAH GLORY Richard Fahey Jack Garritty (3)
100 7. ZAMPERINI Mike Murphy Pat Dobbs
Analyst’s Verdict: Sky Cape did a fair bit wrong on handicap debut at Chelmsford a fortnight ago, but was still only touched off late, and given he appeals as the type to go on improving as he gains experience, has a lot going for him. Captain Felix landed a punt on recent handicap debut at Beverley and deserves a go in this better race, while Bermondsey is open to progress.
17.00 Wildwood Golf And Country Club Fillies’ Handicap (5) 1¼m7y
Top Rated
90 11. RUSTIQUE Ed Walker Antonio Fresu
88 4. HOUND MUSIC Jonathan Portman Fergus Sweeney
87p 12. INTRIGUE William Haggas Liam Jones
Analyst’s Verdict: A steady pace under a hold-up ride was Rustique’s undoing at Chelmsford last month, so she’s well worth another chance, especially as there’s nothing wrong with her winning form at Wolverhampton prior to that. Intrigue, Maid of Kent, Cape Spirit and Nafla are all potential improvers now handicapping, though.
