Luca Cumani nap today

Bath racecourse drainage problems in jockeys' changing room
Yesterday’s afternoon’s meeting at Bath was abandoned because of “localised flooding”, but not before two of our EW runners finished unplaced…today we are looking to Pontefract and a Luca Cumani nap selection..
Drainage issues in an area of the weighing room led to the Flat fixture being called off after four races. Richard Hughes tweeted the above scene in the changing room!!
A tweet posted by Bath racecourse read: “Abandoned meeting due to localised flooding in the weighing room area.”Jockey Shane Kelly was in action at Bath and said there was “no other alternative” but to abandon. He said: “The drains were blocked at the bottom of the weighing room where the valets work.
It wasn’t very pleasant and everyone decided you couldn’t possibly work in those conditions. “Unfortunately for Bath’s stewards, there was no other alternative but to call the meeting off.
A statement issued by the Bath stewards read: “The stewards held an inquiry following a complaint by the jockeys and valets as to the state of their changing room. “They interviewed Richard Hughes, George Baker and Jimmy Fortune, representing all the jockeys, and two jockeys’ valets, the general manager and clerk of the course.
“Having heard all their evidence and viewed the changing room the stewards abandoned the meeting as the riders and valets were unwilling to continue in the flooded conditions. “The stewards ordered a report to be forwarded to the British Horseracing Authority.”

Today’s cards come from Pontefract and Windsor….just two noted today as we approach the switch to the jumping season……
Our seasons results are still showing over 50{70aeb3532cb26dbe277d25ea128ebb74de84b9bd22e1583b0eb1b73768e061f6} ROI….follow the link for full seasons results
Pontefract 16.10…..we go for a Luca Cumani nap here in the shape of  NORWAY CROSS (nap) wasn’t heavily backed or fancied on her debut but gave a good account of herself on testing going. Today’s surface should be to her liking and with likely improvement expected see her in the winners enclosure her at a short priced win only bet with currently SP only available
Pontefract 17.10….many of these may haven’t any form on this surface so we will offer up course winner and one who is 1-1 on the surface in ARC LIGHT, he gets the EW nod over Venutius who is another softie liker but with most form at 8f….ARC LIGHT a best priced 5/1 with bet365 and for those interested in a higher EW punt, the latter at a whopping 25/1 and the outsider of the field with PaddyPower
That’s our selections for today…..what are YOU backing?
What do you fancy today?
