There’s just four games to go and a Europa play off spot is still possible for both of these mid table sides so they both still have plenty to play for.
PEC Zwolle (9-11-10) have lost just two of their last seven, and with a cup final place it can be seen as a good season so far.
A win here will take them above Groningen, who are just a point and a place above them, though they do have a poor record against them.
Groningen (10-9-11) will not look on the season as a success, although back to back wins over high flying Vitesse and PSV shows just what they are capable of when on their game.
Wijnaldum(defender) is an important suspension miss for the visitors.
Groningen at 2.8 can win and keep up their excellent record against Zwolle. Not since way back in 1998 have Zwolle beaten them.
If Groningen perform as they have done in their last two, then that run will extend here with a great away win last week at a red hot in form PSV side.
Whilst a shock, it showed how much Groningen have under achieved this season. They can at least finish it in style, starting with a win in Zwolle.
Groningen to win and both teams to score at 5.00 looks a juicy result and goals related betting option.
