Sunday Racing Selections: 15th November 2015

cheltenham-racecourse

We didn’t manage to land with Boondooma yesterday at Cheltenham but TULLY EAST landed at Punchestown that has given us a profitable few days with SEWN UP having won for us at Wolves on Friday evening…

Boondooma was pulled up lame in his right hind according to the tracks veterinary officer so we hope he makes a speedy return to fitness as he is one of our notebookers for the coming season.

Today we’ve a few from our notebook and ATR stable trackers going to watch out this afternoon, maybe a small nibble without busting the bank……

ATR 15.11.15

Punchestown 13.05

One from our notebook we will be backing this season is LORD SCOUNDREL….however it’s just a 4 runner today and not a race will be investing in.

He looks best placed to upset the heavily odds on favourite Sizing John if there is any errors at a best  5/2 with bet365.

Cheltenham 13.35

We have two previous season’s notebookers going head to head here…..FOX NORTON and CALIPTO who both disputing second favouritism behind market leader, Garde Le Victoire.

In light of recent events, a French named victory would be appropriate but we feel the ground may have just gone against him with these torrential downpours.

CALIPTO could be the one to take advantage, but another nice race to watch and see how our charges fair ahead of the campaign at just a best 4/1 with bet365

Other notebookers going today….

Cheltenham 14.10

CROCO BAY is one in our book who has a tough ask today with the likes of Sprinter Sacre here. If it was an eight runner plus we would have been having a look……but today is a sit and watch with just a two paying places and best each-way 12/1 with Boylesports

Cork 14.30

KEPPOLS QUEEN was impressive in Grade 3’s last year and makes her handicap hurdling debut today. A repeat of any of that form should see her go close at a nice each-way 7/1 with Boylesports

Cheltenham 14.40

DEXCITE was a little unlucky not to win a juveniles’ handicap hurdle at Newbury back in March when 4lb out of the handicap and went into our book.

Tom George’s horse raced against some very good juveniles, like Beltor and Bivouac, during last winter which should benefit him this term for some of the good two-mile handicap hurdles we will target.

He looks under handicapped with a rating of 125, however the ground looks a little on the soft side for him today, though not out of it at a monster each-way 4 paying places 25/1 with Boylesports
