• Average Price – 11.82
• Average finishing position – 5.09
• ROI – 22.45%
• Bank Growth 263.13%

Okay so we didn’t crack the £10k as 2017 but all in all a decent return of over £3600 🙂

Analyst’s Verdict: 
Course bumper winner That’s A Given seems sure to build on his opening effort over timber so receives the vote. Ferrobin showed plenty in a couple of bumpers so needs considering switched to this discipline, with Flat-recruit Red Royalist completing the shortlist.

Analyst’s Verdict:
Strong Resemblance didn’t cut much ice over fences for his previous yard but it could be a different story for this stable and he’s well worth siding with off a 4 lb lower mark than when winning over hurdles here 9 days ago. Opechee, who is the sole previous chase winner in this line-up, could be the one to give him most to do.

Banditry is potentially well treated on his return to hurdling judged on his smart Flat form so he looks most interesting. Mystic Sky and Unison are feared most

Analyst’s Verdict: 
Uhlan Bute is a tricky customer, but so are the bulk of his rivals, and he looks capable of bossing this field from the front with the benefit of Brian Hughes taking over in the saddle, so he gets a tentative vote ahead of the well treated Azure Fly, with the in-form Mercers Court firmly on the radar.

Analyst’s Verdict: 
Polarbrook is on a good mark and seems to have been working up his fitness of late, so there’s a strong case for saying he’s ready to take advantage as the subject of a positive jockey change. The in-form Kingston is an obvious danger and Dyliev can get competitive if staying the longer trip.

Analyst’s Verdict:
The betting will likely be informative here. Cascova has a decent Flat pedigree and gets the vote to make a winning start for Martyn Meade. Shpadoinkle Day, Ahorsewithnoname and Lossiemouth are others with plenty to recommend them on paper, while Logan Rocks is also much respected after his C&D debut second.
