13.55 Goodwood……three ‘notebookers’ go head to head, with Niceofyoutotellme, Stomachion and Sennockian Star. Ralph Beckett’s Niceofyoutotellme stormed the Suffolk Stakes at Newmarket but then found Ascot’s mile a bit to sharp despite a favoured high draw. However, back at a favoured trip will be looking for a late charge and is definite each way value at a best 12/1 with SkyBet. However we look for more value and while Stomachion heads the market, Mark Johnston is flying at the moment so it’s SENNOCKIAN STAR for each way value at a best 14/1 with SkyBet

15.40 Goodwood……VAN PERCY has been a profitable performer for us for the last eighteen months and value maybe had about him today. His last race at Newcastle saw him go off as favourite for the Northumberland plate. With a poor draw he was held up at the back of the field and though outpaced mid -race, was staying on at the finish. Now back at a favoured distance and his hold up style of running more suited to Goodwood, can find a place at a best 12/1 with SkyBet for some each way value?
