Mountain Peak wins….BOG @ 13/2
Ed Walker’s MOUNTAIN PEAK gave us our 4th winner of the season and up to 34pts profit to 1pt EW staking. Andrea Atzeni kept him up with the pace and ran out a comfortable 2 length winner.
Our second selection didn’t shine and the defection of runners left it a 7 runner that offered us no EW value 🙁
For those on the £1k to £10k seasonal challenge its currently a 45% win/place rate and our bank is £1470.53 with an ROI of over 100% with current stakes £17.62 EW

Haydock 13.40 A few we have been tracking with the likes of Acclaim The Nation likely to give it another good go from the front, along with Orvar from the Midgmeisters yard. However, both are on at just about wipes yer face prices and the one we fancy most is Ed Walker’s MOUNTAIN PEAK. He ended the season well last term at Bath, and running off the wrong side of the track at HQ on seasonal debut earlier this month, that was a solid effort and duly noted in our tracker comments. The ground should be drying out at Haydock today, so the higher draw looks favourable and with a HQ C2 win to his name last summer, and also a C&D win here, should be thereabouts in this one. Atzeni has a great record here and there’s 13/2 and a bit of 7’s from most outfits paying the FOUR slots this morning. It’s one of bet365 enhanced offers so we’ll take the BOG and 13/2 with the four paying places with them this morning.
