Aguerooo would have gone close to making it 3 wins in a row with more luck here a fortnight ago. A lesser effort at Chelmsford on Saturday is easily overlooked. Steelriver stormed home here last time and has a big shout again despite a 7 lb rise. Mutabaahy is another to consider.

Mootasadir is 4 from 4 on AW, winning a Group 3 at Dundalk when last seen, and has the class to carry top weight to success in this handicap if he’s ready to go. Fearsome was in no way seen to best effect in his bid for a 5-timer at Lingfield and remains in form. Kelly’s Dino enjoyed a fine 2018 and is dangerous to dismiss on his return also, in what looks a hot handicap.
