We have often made the odd tongue in cheek comment about racing at Chepstow ‘heavy’ – and as Britain swelters they report the going as officially declared good with an aptly named opening race….Hot Tubs Splash & Dash Handicap 🙂

Elsewhere it’s all top of the ground at York, Thirsk, HQ & Ascot.

Looking at our trackers, at the latter, Nigel Tinkler takes one of our trackers, Seen The Lyte down for a crack at the C4 (17.15) and on at just wipes yer face price against some very progressive looking 3yo’s. He won early on last season on this going but has generally found this a bit quick and a leaver from us in this one.

There’s nothing from HQ or Chepstow so York & Thirsk will be our considerations today.
