1.20 Biggest Ever Jumps Season On RacingUk Conditional Jockeys’ Novices’ Handicap Hurdle (4) 2m5f56y

Analyst’s Verdict:
Ballyhome didn’t shape at all badly when runner-up on his handicap bow at Kempton in April, and with further improvement a distinct possibility for his new yard, he is fancied to open his account. Askari and Maybe Mickey head up the opposition.

Timeform Top Rated:
116p 2. BALLYHOME Fergal O’Brien Connor Brace (8)
115 7. NORTHERN GIRL Philip Kirby Thomas Dowson (3)
114 3. ASKARI Gordon Elliott Fergus Gregory

1.55 Racing UK HD On Sky 426 Novices’ Chase (4) 3m45y
Timeform Rating of previous winners: 139 155 159 148 147 (Avg 150)

Analyst’s Verdict:
Grade 1 winning hurdler Poetic Rhythm had excuses (lost shoe/ struck into) when pulled up on his recent chasing debut at Chepstow and he remains with obvious potential in this sphere. Rocky’s Treasure and Crucial Role look the main threats.

Timeform Top Rated:
140p 1. ROCKY’S TREASURE Kim Bailey David Bass

2.30 Weatherbys Hamilton Wensleydale Juvenile Hurdle (Listed) (1) 2m
Timeform Rating of previous winners: 153 131 139 154 142 (Avg 144)

Analyst’s Verdict:
King d’Argent struck at the first time of asking over hurdles for Dan Skelton here last month, and with improvement on the cards, he could easily improve past the more-established pair Cracker Factory and Chief Justice.

Timeform Top Rated:
151 4. CRACKER FACTORY Alan King Daryl Jacob
146p 1. CHIEF JUSTICE Gordon Elliott Richard Johnson
140p 5. KING D’ARGENT Dan Skelton Harry Skelton

3.05 bet365 Handicap Chase (Listed) (1) 2m3f85y

Analyst’s Verdict:
A cracking listed chase in store with Copain de Classe taken to successfully cope with the step up in grade after an impressive winning return at Kempton a fortnight ago. Last year’s winner Guitar Pete could be set for a big run, while Dingo Dollar looks a chaser to follow this season for all this trip may be on the sharp side for him on his comeback.

Timeform Top Rated:
165p 9. COPAIN DE CLASSE Paul Nicholls Harry Cobden
164+ 1. KYLEMORE LOUGH Harry Fry Miss A. B. O’Connor (5)
163 8. GUITAR PETE Nicky Richards Ryan Day (3)

3.40 bet365 Handicap Hurdle (3) 2m

Analyst’s Verdict:
A race that revolves around Storm Rising, who was value for a good deal more than the official 4 lengths when turning a competitive Cheltenham handicap into a procession on Friday and he will follow up from the same mark if in the same form. Cornborough is offered for the forecast.

Timeform Top Rated:
146 3. STORM RISING Dr Richard Newland Charlie Hammond (5)
139 5. CORNBOROUGH Mark Walford Jamie Hamilton
137 4. SILVA ECLIPSE Sue Smith Danny Cook

4.10 Enjoy The Jumps On RacingUk Novices’ Hurdle (4) 2m3f154y
Timeform Rating of previous winners: 148 129 139 126 140 (Avg 136)

Analyst’s Verdict:
Denmead, a fairly useful staying handicapper on the level, was impressive when accounting for 11 rivals on his yard/hurdles bow at Huntingdon last month and, with the longer trip expected to suit, he can defy a penalty with better to come. Skidoosh is likely better than his hurdling debut suggests and he is feared most ahead of He’s A Goer. Market support for Mayohill would be interesting, though.

Timeform Top Rated:
142p 1. DENMEAD Dan Skelton Harry Skelton
122 2. HE’S A GOER Tom Lacey Richard Johnson
112 5. LEODIS Micky Hammond Alain Cawley
