  1. You Know these are tough times when two of Peters free hits only bring home shrapnel ( each way at around 3/1 !!!).. One falls out of the back of the T.V and the other runs third at odds of under 4/1.Gossip ran like the elk it is and also fell out of the back of the T.V.
Keep stakes to a minimum until the grass flat settles down around May, if you only back on the flat. Of course there is still the proper racing to bet on. Went to bed with a smile on my face as good old Lincoln beat the Mackems. Don’t forget about Fleetwood againt us on Saturday. There price to win and draw will be too big. Burnley to beat Leicester who are without Vardy might be the value at the weekend. Keep the faith.

  2. A bit of money coming for Makambe !. Poor old lads had 58 runs and got his head in front on six times. They had him out on Sunday and he placed for us. He will do his best. However, one of the trainers who has difficult in lying straight in bed ( same as Pearce, Prescott, Hammond, Griffiths, Attwater, and many more), has got one running who has had three runs and gone off at 40/1, 100/1 and 125/1. Today it is the favourite!!!. It has ran 6/10 btn 9l, 4/8 btn 12l and 7/7 btn 9 1/2 l. G.l. Moore is the trainer and gives away in interviews about as much as his vastly over rated son Ryan does. Good jockey but no great imo. The money went down early on this horse and it could be the bookies conning us but it could also be a winner for this hard to fathom trainer. When you back in Elks races this is what you are up against. Have a great day everybody.

  3. Had a good feeling because the prices for him went down to 5/2.

    But nope.. :/
