Horse Racing Selections – 12th September 2021

Sunday’s cards come from Musselburgh, Bath & Haydock.

Nothing at the former where Jim Goldie’s Lord Of The Glen goes in the (16.15). More of interest on the AW, has had a super consistent run on the turf this term. Not sure will get anything at a price when he reverts, but hopefully at some stage. The trainer also runs Sound Of Iona in the race prior who has also been in cracking form.

At Bath, one we backed LTO, Zefferino goes in the (15.20). Upped in grade we’ll pass in that one as a 2 paying slot race 🙁

Today’s sole selection comes from Haydock for this afternoon.

Back in the morning around 8.30 am

For those on the new 2021/22 £1k to £10k Annual Challenge, the bank is £981.22 and current full stakes, unless advised, £12.27 EW

The 2021 Turf bank currently stands at +35.26 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 37% win/place rate.

The 2020/21 All Weather bank ended at +144 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 39% win/place rate.

  1. 6 places on Sky and still 10/1

  2. A bad day at the office yesterday for ABW and the mighty millers. However, no need for dark glasses especally if you have been with ABW for a while and still playing with the bookies hundreds they have given us. It is all about long term profits not knee jerk reaction when you have a few losers.

I will not be sending for your tips Peter, just thought you might have liked a bit of free publicity on here. Oh i forgot when that poster savaged you it was a dark room and a broken computer for you for around a month. Talk about bed wetters. Lol

Jack Mansell was manager of the millers when i first started watching them. Light years ahead of his time. The Doc was awful but did sign the Great Dave Watson for us. As for dirty Leeds, Meh.

  3. My two against the field are
16.35 Ancient Times HALF UNIT EW
    16.35 Manigordo HALF UNIT EW

  4. Top man Peter. You have got your mojo back. Hope they win you money. Sorry i cannot hope Leeds win.

  5. Lovely!!

  6. Booooom!😄

  7. Brilliant Gary ! , been saying to myself for ages that i was looking forward to when variance cuts in. 🙂 Well done That and the Sky Blues in the top 6 of the Championship. What a week-end 🙂 John

  8. Lezardrieux provided me a similiar sum of money as to what I ‘lost’ in the rippers last night… In around the same amount of time!

    Lovely stuff

  9. Back on form Gary!

  10. Nice one Gary. That lomg term profit is in the bag. You just have to be patient. 2nd and 9th for Peter so only a small loss. Oh no he must have laid the winner. Badly drawn, Jupiter passing saturn at a 45 degree angle, the bloody computer Babbage fixed has set up the wrong algorithms and selecting in a bloody moose race. what next. oh Leeds lost to the country’s finest city. Good day for the bed wetters whoever they are. Lol.
