Horse Racing Selections – 17th April 2022

There’s racing  at Newbury on the turf his Easter Sunday.

A card dominated by three year olds outside of the (17.05) Class 2 sprint. Interestingly a couple of trackers go in that one at shortish odds.

We spotted Global Prospector on switch to Chris Wall and gave us a nice winner at Wolves on the all-weather. Ran up a nice sequence after that and goes in a Class 2 for the first time. Having run an RPR of 99 LTO that should see him competitive.

The other of choice being Kevin Ryan’s Digital. That yard ‘hit the post’ for us yesterday with Justanotherbottle. His charge today arrives fit after winning over this trip at Southwell in February and, coincidentally, second home Zarzyni beat ours yesterday to frank the form 🙁

Will leave alone today and get back on the case at Redcar tomorrow.

  1. Think you mean Chris Dwyer not Chris Wall.
