More Royal Ascot today and hopefully some of you landed with those big priced winners in the two handicap races yesterday?

Saturday’s winner, Presidential tries his luck in the Silver Cup, upped to 8f. Upped in grade and trip, it’s not for us despite the big price from that mid draw.

For us, yesterday, it was the ‘mundane’ Thirsk where we had our sole selection and added another nice priced early season winner for us with Eric Alston’s FOX HILL. She ran out a comfortable winner under Harrison Shaw, and anyone taking any note of the link we placed on the page for the for the highlighted Eric Alston/Kevin Ryan angle, may have had Ryan’s 3yo Moonlighting in the (13.30).

We don’t back 3yo’s at this time of year, so not one we had any money on, but nonetheless, cemented another case for the angle ?

Today there’s a nice ‘oop north’ meet at Beverley we will look to today.
