Tuesday’s all-weather cards come from Southwell in the afternoon and an evening card at Newcastle.

Looking at the former, the only trackers out are Pearl Of Qatar on hat trick bid and Slowmo in the (15.50). We’ve backed the latter a couple of times now and despite his attractive mark has only scored for Antony Brittain whose recent form is also uncharacteristically poor of late. He does have form here and ran a decent race from the front LTO, but hardly a confident punt despite 7’s being on offer.

Up at Newcastle (19.45), we’d been hoping to get on at a price about Jim Goldie’s Insurplus having backed him a couple of times. Danny Tudhope looks a significant booking. He’s not really run to the mark expected this term off this rating and another leaver having been backed in overnight from around 8’s to less than  wipes yer face 4’s.

Phoenix Star managed to give us one in the nads last night when not selected in the (20.00) 🙁

We’re looking at a couple up at Gosforth Park at double digit prices for half stakes plays on the challenge.
