Horse Racing Selections – 18th August 2021

Racing on the turf from Carlisle, Bath and York as we enter the middle of the week.

York hosts a couple C2’s, whilst the Carlisle card doesn’t look that appetising that includes a race for jockeys’ with less than wins. At Bath was looking at the (13.40) where a couple going who we have backed of late. Zulu Zander was a big disappointment LTO and the headgear they employed for that one is swiftly removed.

After a noting on the AW, and an early season win at Brighton, has gone downhill since and difficult to consider off the back of that last run. Ron Harris’s Glamorous Force also ran in that race and was backed on the weekend over the 6f finishing 4th. Drops to the minimum where he has had more success. Looks to have been backed on the exchange overnight and into just about wipes yer face 9/2.

Another of note who has just gone N/R was Malcolm Saunders Coronation Cottage. That one has had his mark run down considerably, and quickly, by running in C3 and C4. A winner last year off 64 led for a good way in this and with all 4 career wins off 60+, down on 55 likely to throw one in.

Outside of that one, for those following selections on next 3 runs, we backed Minaaj LTO who goes in the 7 runner (17.10).

Back in the morning around 8.30 am.
