Horse Racing Selections – 1st November 2019

Ryan Tate made it a spooktacular Halloween for us on the All-Weather at Kempton last night 🙂

We were proven right to take on the short priced favourite as he hit the front at the furlong marker and won for going away for James Eustace on MENDOZA. with the heavily backed favourite a well-beaten fifth.

The weekends Breeders Cup feature is still available form the Timeform guys FOC if you click HERE for the whole Santa Anita meet featuring in-depth previews for two of the world’s most valuable races – the Breeders’ Cup Turf and the Breeders’ Cup Classic.

There’s racing at HQ and on the AW at Newcastle today. At the former, we backed a couple of the ones going in the (16.00) including Hortzadar & Waarif who have both given us some EW shrapnel.

However, we’re looking north to Gosforth Park early evening for our selection today. Past winner, Epeius goes in the apprentices (15.45) and must be in with another solid shout off just better than wipes yer face 6’s. This hold-up type goes well here and doesn’t look to have any progressive types to fear and should give another good account – albeit he’s now 6 above his last winning mark.

We’ve one at a bigger price for EW consideration in a later race.
