Horse Racing Selections – 20th September 2021

The week opens with turf meetings at Hamilton & Leicester.

Nothing really of note at Leicester with the only decent field sizes being the apprentices. Two divisions of that have a couple of trackers out with Ruth Carr’s Foreseeable Future looking to build on a single career win with James Tate. Has placed around 50% and dropped a long way in the handicap since on around 8’s in the (16.20). The sole tracker out in the Div 2 (16.50) is Nigel Tinkler’s veteran Firm Decisions who has won here in the past. Showed little of late and couldn’t be backed with any confidence.

Up at Ayr, with the going on the heavy side has been throwing up non-runners. The (15.22) is the only race likely to stay a 3 paying slot finish. We’ve backed Roger Fell’s Daawy a couple of times and the veterans race looks set for a duel between this one an Tim Easterby’s Multellie. These two who like the soft going and won this race 3 times between them in the past.

Both on at wipes yer face prices doesn’t look a day of any real prices and will leave alone with Beverley looking better tomorrow.

Back in the morning just before 8.30 am
