On pre-Christmas Saturday there’s a single meeting at Lingfield to mull over, and will be our last post before we return to action at Wolves on Boxing Day.

Looking at the card, there doesn’t look to be much of a threat to the two market principals, Katherine Place & Roundabout Magic in the (11.45). Terri Rules perhaps offers the best alternative (without stating the freekin’ obvious) being involved in a decent race at Chelmsford on the penultimate run that threw up a decent strike rate. LTO followed that up with a 3rd at Lingfield where he had to contend as a hold up with a trap 1 draw.

For a mini-review, overall it’s been another profitable year with +90pts profit for the turf and standing at +24pts to date on the AW 🙂 Whilst that’s reduced a tad over the last few weeks, as we keep saying it’s the long term view that matters at the odds we are backing. We do, however, need to get that win/place strike rate up above 40% and the win rate from 10% up to around 12% to guarantee the decent profits we have seen over the last 5 years.
