The end of the week sees cards on the turf at Newbury & Donny on what promises to be heavy going affairs. There’s also a Friday evening meet under the lights at Newcastle for those looking at the all-weather.
At Newbury (16.00), we had a winner this time last year with Ed Walker’s Molls Memory. She bids to follow up in the very same race a year on, though 7/2 is hardly appealing. Nonetheless, is a soft ground specialist should be in the mix 1 below last years mark, if switched on after two solitary races this term.
On the AW, up at Newcastle this evening, an early AW tracker Inaam goes in the (20.00). That run hasn’t gone unnoticed and he’s been backed from 11/2 to 11/4 for those of you who maybe looking at lumping priced acca’s?
Jason Hart finally got the monkey of our back to get the sandbagging season underway. He won a shade cosily on John Quinn’s Highfield Princess last night who looks one to take forward 🙂
