Horse Racing Selections – 27th January 2022

Thursday’s all-weather cards come from Southwell and Gosforth.

Looking at those backed LTO, Portelet Bay is well fancied in the (19.00) apprentices at Newcastle. Drops a grade and on a 4’s in this 7 runner. Another goes in the race prior, (18.30), where Oriental Lily goes for Jim Goldie. Has gone well for claimer Amie Waugh of late and Paul Mulrennan gets back up on top who was last to win on her. Gets a decent high draw and back down to that last winning mark at around wipes yer face 5/1.

A bit of a kicking last night as intro notes mention The Blue Bower won readily form fresh at 9’s 🙁

There’s one for Newcastle this evening.
