A mid week card from Southwell on the all-weather today.

A few decent handicaps going. The (17.00) looks one for the shorter priced sorts and a sole tracker is David Barron’s North Wind. The yard are going well, however, hard to recommend a 1-29 record. Now over 20 below that sole Irish win and noted at the end of the turf 2020 season. That was as runner up behind Young Tiger at Donny. Then ran up a couple of decent 2nd’s at Gosforth before a non-descript 3 race turf 2021 campaign.

We’ll look at those bigger fields in the latter races.
