Horse Racing Selections – 4th June 2020

Newmarket’s Guineas meeting starts today with a first look at he seasons new crop of juveniles.

Not for us though, we’ll be taking notes form the latter 4 handicaps and looking for forthcoming betting propositions.

Looking at past trackers, the ‘Midgemeisters’ Saluti looks a live EW shot in the (17.20), we noted him at Thirsk last July when running a creditable third and subsequently won in a C3 before a creditable finish on the AW in a C2 at Newcastle. He does go well fresh and with a previous win off 83 and now 81, the 10’s looks fair EW value down in a C4.

The only other tracker we have out is Rathbone (17.55) who we were following on the AW and noted as an early season type for us. Kevin Ryan likes his 7f charges and this one is a winner up Ponty’s stiff 6 and clearly likes a test. He has an excellent place record in this class and trip and another on around 9’s with definite EW possibilities.

Those are our two EW suggestions out of our official bets we will be looking to get underway in the next week or so.

We’ll be back tomorrow with anything noteworthy
