Michael Dods is pretty selective with his tilts on the all-weather and brings a sole one down in JOHN KIRKUP.

When last out on the turf it was an impressive five-length victory in a handicap at Ayr and followed that one with a decent 3rd at Newcastle.

He hit trouble in running on that occasion and then ran no sort of race from a mid placed draw at the same venue.

Drawn out in the wings with plenty of pace on from those nearby, including multiple course winner, Crosse Fire, should be seen to better effect.

There’s a best 11’s on offer with FOUR paying slots with Hills, Ladbrokes, Coral or Betfred.

BEE MACHINE is back out here in the finale and upped just 3 for that win LTO in what was a very quick time.

Declan Carroll has a handfull out here with chances this evening and he retains Zak Wheatley in the saddle who has done us a few favours in his fledgeling career.

Despite the Racing Post reporting him’ poor off a follow-up’, which is fact – however, none of these have been back over a C&D, and normally switching between trip and course, turf and all-weather.

He has run solidly on last four runs, bumping into a rejuvenated Suitcase ‘n Taxi who has gone on to win again since ours went in.

There are a few ‘milers’ and sprinters in the card that aren’t all suited to 7f and he’s more closely matched with Break The Silence.

I think ours holds the better track position this evening and having just missed 15/2 with SkyBet taking the best 13/2 with Betfair this morning with the regulation 3 slots.
