Horse Racing Selections – 7th June 2021
There’s flat meetings from Leicester, Windsor, Lingfield and Ponty to start the week.
Outside of Ponty, the handicaps are bordering on eight or nine runners leaving them vulnerable to going 2 paying slots. The only tracker of note being Brian Meehan’s Centurion Song goin in the Windsor (18.30) . We went to back that earlier this month when going a late non-runner. However, this looks a stiffer task up a couple of grades and better watched today.
We’ll look at one from Ponty in the members below.

For those on the 2021/22 £1k to £10k Annual Challenge, the bank is £1044.08 and current full stakes, unless advised, £13.05 EW
The 2021 Turf bank currently stands at +4 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 40% win/place rate.
The 2020/21 All Weather bank ended at +144 pts to 1pt EW stakes with over a 39% win/place rate.

I think my biggest annoyance was how it appears the horse ended up 4th – I’m pretty un-knowledgeable about racing/jockeying, but surely another reminder might have pushed 3rd?
