Horse Racing Selections – 7th June 2020

Sunday sees our first bet of the season with more action from HQ and the first northern meetings with 3 days of Haydock to mull over.

It will be the handicaps we will be interested in and Haydock sees a few of last years trackers out early.

Haydock 12.55 – Spiorad – was first noted at Redcar in August when heading home Give It Some Teddy and another big Invincible Spirit type. He followed that up at a short price 11/8 win a week later and has taken a 12lb hike for that. Today he is out over 10f which he didn’t fair well at on final outing at York in a C3 and we’ll note how he goes today up against a very solid looking wipes yer face opponent in Country from the Willie Haggas yard with James Doyle up top. Haggas has over a 25% win strike , 50% place at the track with ‘Old Dodgy’ having a similar record up top 🙂

Nonetheless, we have our first bet lined up today and is in the members notes below

It was a cracking run from Copper Knight yesterday despite that massive drift out to 28’s. It’s more than likely scuppered any price next time 🙁 though good to see one of our targeted stables hitting the ground running.
