Saturday brings racing from Haydock, Ascot and HQ on what promises to be a scorcher of a day.

At Ascot (14.25), David O’Meara’s Shelir is one we have followed who has been thereabouts in threatening to win a big one – no EW value in these smaller fields today and on at lumping priced 10/3 this morning. Whilst at Haydock, another we tend to follow is Lawrence Mullaneys, Our Little Pony going in the 8 runner (16.55). She may find it a bit quick for win purposes today and another on at less than 5’s one we will leave today.
