Plenty of action for a Monday with racing at Carlisle and Catterick this afternoon with Windsor and Nottingham this evening, if the latter survives an inspection this morning.

Last weeks winner Chinese Spirit is back out quickly in the (15.00) at Carlisle and we’re looking at that race below in our members picks.
