Monday Newsletter – 1st April 2019
Today’s scheduled Ayr races unfortunately went early, with drainage work undertaken on an area in the home straight at the end of last season showing insufficient growth for the ground to be ready in time. Hopefully they should be ready for the 2nd spring meeting scheduled 29th April , though the Scottish National in 2 weeks time is unaffected.
For those still playing our NH charges on 2nd & 3rd runs, today sees a sole NH tracker going at Ludlow on 2nd run since we backed him for a place in February.
Gary Moore’s THOUNDER goes up against Tom Lacey’s strong looking favourite Snapdragon Fire in the (15.20). The race has just dropped to a 7 runner with the defection of Potters Midnight, but he has an excellent place record for Gary Moore whose limited charges also go well here. He’s on around 6’s on offer for a shot at those two paying slots.
We’ll publish some ‘post Lincoln Meet’ notes HERE, in the tracker section this week, where as we mentioned yesterday, on the suggestion from many of you, the TRACKERS will be a members only section 🙂
