Musharrif wins….advised @ 17/2
A great ride by Paul Hanagan up the stands rail got our sole selection MUSHARRIF home advised at 17/2 🙂 There was a R4 15p deduction, but nonetheless a nice return with our second winner of the week. Maybe the ‘defections’ taking it to a 7 runner played into our hands. He has won in big fields but his best performances do come in and around the single figure marks.
It’s been worth the wait and the small EW returns we have had about him so far. It’s about time Declan Carroll chalked up a few more winners 🙂
A cracking 5 says or so that has pushed us over the 130 pts profit mark to 1pt EW since we got back into it in June.
For those on the £1k to £10k seasonal challenge its currently over a 44% win/place rate and our bank is £3442.48 with an ROI of over 52% and current stakes £43.03 EW

We have had a few touches about MUSHARRIF over the past couple of seasons and again some small beer tokens this term.
The going tends to be best up the stands side and hopefully can make a play for that under top course jock, Paul Hanagan who takes over the steering from Zak Wheatley.
The charge goes well in these stiff 5 and 6’s. Nonetheless, has had a few bits of ‘unlucky in running’ to his name this season and dropping to a more manageable field size can look to repeat a C3 win here last term off 2 below that mark.
He also looks to hold re-opposing Princess Power and Mews House on his last run at Beverley
There’s another tracker going in the form of another of our trackers, Lezardieux who looks a very solid looking favourite based on that previous win here.
With no EW value on that one, he should provide a tow for the rest and drawn closeby our selection is a best 17/2 with bet365 this morning regulation 3 slots for our sole EW selection of the day.
