Another welcome double digit priced winner yesterday afternoon as MY AMIGO won at HQ with relative ease….if only they were as easy as that 🙂

MY AMIGO ran well in Steward’s Cup consolation race under Connor Murtagh earlier this month and and drops from a C2 to a C4. Marjorie Fife reverts to PJ McDonald who had ridden him well (2 wins/6 places from 13) when previously trained by Karl Burke. He skipped a Carlisle event a week or so ago and has now dropped to 3 below a highest winning mark. He’s one who likes to race up close and though the draw often appears to be an ‘on the day’ thing – when it’s gone soft lower has faired slightly better, so we’re taking the best and general 12’s across the board this morning.
I take it there’s no bet Sunday I know it’s a bit of a shock after the bad little run but did you forget can’t understand you losing
