Real Estate wins…..BOG @ 10/1

After a tough ten days, we got back on the winning trail as Rab Havlin got Real Estate up in the final 100 yards 🙂

There was a welcome drift from the morning price for Michael Attwater’s charge,  out to 10’s as the favourite Bahuta Acha shortened into 6/4 finishing well beaten.

For those on the £1k to £10k AW challenge….it’s a near 35% win/place strike rate and our bank is now £1365.96 with current stakes £17.07

Today’s Selections

Wolves 17.10

The class 5 looks one for the lumpers that sees Bahuta Acha going for David Loughnane. He has P J McDonald under him which isn’t a bad thing as he operates at a near 20% win strike rate on trips up to 7f here. The charge has held form well at this track since coming off the turf in a race at Windsor that threw up plenty of winners.

His last two races have seen him go close but come up short against well-backed favourites who had dropped to decent marks. From trap 5, and likely to race prominently alongside the stables other runner, Hic Bibi, shouldn’t be far away?

However, Michael Attwater’s REAL ESTATE was given an easy time LTO. Upped to 7f on third run on the AW, Callum Shepperd merely niggled him up under hands and heels to 4l 5th/15 at Lingfield when it looked he could have got a whole load closer.

He’s won here in 2018 off 68 and 2 below his last winning mark should hopefully be in the mixer. Robert Havlin is booked this evening and hopefully a firmer ride with an adequate draw in trap 6

There’s a best 7’s with HILLS and FOUR slots this morning.
