A cracking week at the office with SOCIETY RED winning easily at York yesterday and our other two selections placed at better than wipes yer face advised prices for some more nice profit this week following on from Monday’s advised 10/1 winner.

For those on the £1k to £10k challenge….our bank has grown by over 60% with an ROI of over 46%….current stakes are now £20.55 EW

Back to today….ahead of Ascot next week there are big meets at Sandown, York & Chester – with Leicester & Bath playing the supporting  under cards role. Firstly a bit of housekeeping…..anyone wishing to contact us direct, please use the email address alwaysbackwinners2018@gmail.com whilst we sort the issues out with the old feedback email address.

Racing at Sandown sees ChiefofChiefs go in the 15.15 – we picked up on him in our Craven Notes and he supported that when winning The Whitsun Cup Handicap on his very next run. He got home just in front of Kynren who goes for the Hunt Cup next week and despite a 4lb hike, under old dodgy he will take the beating here at wipes yer face odds.

We usually like a punt at Chester and the most solid on our EW radar is Tomahawk Kid going in the 17.30 and those looking for the speedmeisters rating, you can find that below for the York feature.

We have a couple for members below….any FREE SERVICE MEMBERS looking to receive the latest premium service selections and join the £1k to £10k quest (currently showing over 46% ROI and 64% growth on opening bank).……just follow the UPGRADE link.

1.50 Queen Mother’s Cup Handicap (Lady Amateur Riders) (3) 1m3f188y

Analyst’s Verdict:
Mukhayyam was outpointed by Tapis Libre in this race last year and that rival may again prove troublesome but Tim Easterby’s charge is taken to come out on top this time. He signalled that his turn may be near when runner-up at Chester 3 weeks ago and stepping back up in trip will be in his favour. Desert Ruler shaped well back from a break on the Roodee and is next best ahead of Tapis Libre.

Timeform Top Rated:
119 7. DESERT RULER Jedd O’Keeffe Miss Becky Smith
118+ 5. MUKHAYYAM Tim Easterby Miss Emily Easterby
118 1. PACIFY Ralph Beckett Miss Serena Brotherton

2.25 JCB Handicap (2) 7f

Analyst’s Verdict:
It’s hard to resist the allure of Spanish City, who has low mileage for a 5-y-o and is clearly still improving judged on his last-gasp victory at Doncaster. With further progress on the cards and Ryan Moore doing the steering, he should prove hard to beat. Golden Apollo was behind Get Knotted over C&D last time but is capable of better and Tim Easterby’s charge rates the main danger.

Timeform Top Rated:
116p 11. SPANISH CITY Roger Varian Ryan Moore
115 7. SQUATS William Haggas Oisin Murphy
114 13. ROLLER Michael Easterby Harrison Shaw (5)

3.00 Sky Bet Grand Cup Stakes (Listed) (1) 1m5f188y
Timeform Rating of previous winners: 127 126 129 130 128 (Avg 128)

Analyst’s Verdict:
Weekender was perhaps not totally at home on the soft ground when third in the Henry II Stakes at Sandown last time and remains one to follow on the back of his impressive reappearance at Chelmsford. This represents a drop in grade for Marmelo, who was only just denied in a Group 2 at Longchamp on his return, and is the clear danger.

Timeform Top Rated:
134 5. MARMELO Hughie Morrison Ryan Moore
132 7. WEEKENDER John Gosden Frankie Dettori
129? 2. ALGOMETER David Simcock Stevie Donohoe

3.35 Pavers Foundation Catherine Memorial Sprint Handicap (2) 6f

Analyst’s Verdict:
This is significantly tougher than the Ripon handicap Citron Major landed last time but he displayed a potent turn of foot on that occasion and, clearly still improving, an 11 lb rise may not be enough to prevent him from following up. Beshaayir was a shade disappointing at Musselburgh but she’s evidently held in high regard and has to be feared, along with the progressive Gabrial The Saint.

Timeform Top Rated:
121 13. CITRON MAJOR Nigel Tinkler Rowan Scott (3)
119p 20. ANGELS Tim Easterby James Sullivan
117 8. ZAP Richard Fahey Tony Hamilton

4.05 Ice Co Supporting Macmillan Handicap (4) 1m177y

Analyst’s Verdict:
Waarif is 0-11 since joining this yard but again shaped as though his turn is near at Beverley last time. He is marginally preferred to Dark Intention, who clearly goes well here and shaped as though stepping back up in trip would help when third over 7f on her latest start. God Willing is no winning machine but he has been knocking on the door of late and Give It Some Teddy is also of interest.

Timeform Top Rated:
99 2. WAARIF David O’Meara Daniel Tudhope
98 7. DARK INTENTION Lawrence Mullaney Callum Rodriguez (3)
97 11. TRINITY STAR Karen McLintock Sebastian Woods (5)

4.40 Reg Griffin Appreciation ebfstallions.com Maiden Stakes (3) 6f
Timeform Rating of previous winners: 95 89 93 91 84 (Avg 90)

Analyst’s Verdict:
Rathbone made a bright start over 5f at this venue a month ago, and with improvement very much on the cards, looks the one they all have to beat. Pink Flamingo looked a nice prospect on her debut as well, as did Jfoul when fifth over this C&D 3 weeks ago.

Timeform Top Rated:
94p 6. RATHBONE Kevin Ryan Tom Eaves
87p 3. JFOUL Saeed bin Suroor Graham Lee
80p 11. PINK FLAMINGO Mark Johnston Ryan Moore

5.15 Jill Willows Handicap (4) 6f

Analyst’s Verdict:
A chance is taken on Paddy Power, who has missed the kick the last twice but is more than capable of delivering off this mark if getting away on terms. The progressive Presidential is an obvious threat, while B Fifty Two will also have a part to play in the finish if building on his latest effort. Daschas is another to consider and Ninjago needs a second look.

Timeform Top Rated:
96 6. PRESIDENTIAL Roger Fell Tony Hamilton
94 5. QUICK LOOK Michael Easterby Harrison Shaw (5)
93 1. PADDY POWER Richard Fahey Paul Hanagan

WOWSER!!!!!

The guys from Cleeve have really hit the ground running in May with OVER 67PTS PROFIT as we take a step forward and one back !!!!

Like we said previous…….they target higher end c2+ than ourselves and have got off to a cracking start to the season. Have a look around their site linked below with a past results visible.

Our selections shouldn’t clash due to the nature of races we tend to get involved with and should be a nice complimentary and personal service from Nick & the guys to run alongside our own this summer.
