Saturday Newsletter – 22nd June 2019
A decent day at the office yesterday despite those lower than average prices we pitch at.
Jason Hart came home with an easy win on Michael Herrington’s TUKHOOM and the place money on 16/1 shot Suwaan was a result despite Jimmy Sullivan booting home one at the 5f trip to rub our nose in it a tad 🙂
Saturday sees the last day of the Royal meet and Hayley Turner managed to buck the trend of the high draws with 33/1 shot Thanks Be. However the next 6 home were all drawn 11+ that may give some pointers for those looking at the Wokingham?
With Recon Mission, Lake Volta & Gifted Master all drawn high it would be fairly safe to assume that you’d be looking for something to be drawn high for your place value?
Something like last years winner, Bacchus who goes well from fresh should put up another good showing for Brian Meehan, whilst Kevin Ryan’s Hey Jonesy is a 4yo with likely improvement who offers value at 16’s & 18’s for those looking and SIX paying slots?
Back to regular matters for us and there’s meets at Redcar, Ayr, Haydock from the north with Lingfield and HQ to back that up.
One for the lumpers maybe Julie Camacho’s Boundary Lane, he’s been in the tracker since opening weekend when impressing at Donny. LTO he was only beaten by Jabbarockie over this C&D and Paul Mulrennan hoofs it over from Redcar for the trainers sole charge of the meeting at Haydock (19.00).
