Coral-Eclipse day at Sandown today on top of that a decent looking C2 Handicap. There’s nothing in there that has migrated up from any C3’s we have backed previously. For those looking at double digit odds, Clive Cox’s Salute The Soldier would be our EW pick on at 14’s in the (14.25) Coral Challenge. He likes to race just off the pace and from trap 1 should be able to get covered up by the likes of Mojito & Via Serendipity who are likely to track across?

At Beverley, we said we could keep you posted on one of Mick Easterby’s when running here again after going a non-runner last month when some inclement weather came in late. Harvest Day ran well here over the 8f when 3rd to Brother McGonagall. She does look more suited to 7f and this looks a hot 6 runner so no real EW value. She does hold entries next week at Donny in both 7 & 8f events so a leave alone for us today.

At Carlisle this evening, previous winner Tukhoom is back out quickly in the (20.00) – he looks solid wipes yer face value around 5’s.
